About the Event

Join us and Angel Duncan in a look at the advancement of research and how scientists are better understanding disease mechanisms that can lead to dementia and how lifestyle plays a role in brain health, reducing one's risk.


A widely published author, Angel C. Duncan, PhD, MA- MFT, ATR has an extensive background in counseling psychology, art therapy and Alzheimer’s disease clinical research. Her doctorate is in Psychology with a focus in Gerontology. Angel has over 20 years of experience in neurocognitive, memory and psychiatric disorders. In 2019, she founded and co-developed the Arts in Mind program, a virtual young-onset and early stage dementia program at the Yale University Art Gallery. Angel speaks globally about dementia and mental health.
