This educational class for children is lead by Olivia Taylor for her Girl Scout Gold Award. Olivia, a senior at Peoria Heights High School, began her garden project last year in the library's raised garden beds. Now that she has gained first-hand gardening experience, she'd like to share why gardening and the role of pollinators are important to us and our environment. A fun take-home activity will be provided after the lesson.
